Daily and weekend rates are negotiable
These prices include
all linen, including indoor and pool/beach towels, electricity and gas.
On booking, a non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment must be made at least eight weeks prior to the holiday. In the
event of cancellation when full rent has been paid, we can only refund the
money if we are able to re-let the house. We will try our hardest but it is
best to be insured!
